名粤軒 Amazing Seafood House: Discover Authentic Cantonese Cuisine

This Chinese restaurant located at the same location for 10+ years. They offer different varieties of the authentic Chinese dim sums, rice dishes and noodles etc. They also serves seafood during dinner time. Their lunch set for 2 to 4 ppl look like a good deal. In average their food is good except there were many egg shells in the layer cake with papaya dessert. I told their manger about it and asked him to cancel that dish from my order. He did it but he didn't feel sorry about the food quality issue. And, we ordered the stir fry rice cake, some of the rice cakes were QQ whch was normal but 1/3 of them were mushy.

My second dining here, last time we ordered many classic dim sums, my Hongkonger friend roll the dice, this time we ordered dishes that usually we don’t order, and everything seems perfectly great. Mango pudding is full of mango flavor and softer than jelly. We originally thought fried Rice cake is of Shanghai style, it’s not but rice cake is soft and not overly oily, great as well. Snow Buns are recommended, they are iconic. The only one I have a bit negatives is the fried turnip cake, the turnip is of big chunks which I love, but turnip is plain wihout any turnip flavor or saltiness, makes it not outstanding.

Dim Sum is yummy, good that it is not salty Must reserve a big book for the weekend. Service is fast, and the restaurant is clean.

This place has excellent customer service. The atmosphere was amazing too. Food was awesome. They even packed our left over food at another table to not interrupt our table while we are having the final desert. Very genuine and gentle customer service. We will be back again due to their excellent customer service. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves to be served with respect.

Went there last Fri at around 1pm for their set menu which is $298 for everything shown (excluding last 2 photos and the fried tofu curds, those are just dim sum ordered) plus a soup which I forgot to take photos of. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and couldn’t finish everything, so packed some stuff home. They’re not busy at all that day, could be due to a lack of dim sum choices, but my score is only based on the set menu as that’s what we had. The portion was great, the beef was very tender, not sure if I like how they made the crab with the sticky rice though, I think it would’ve been better if they were separated. It would be nice if they had more dim sum options since this is a dim sum place, my parents say for morning tea (coz it’s special price) they’re quite busy, but if there’s not enough varieties, people will stop coming for lunch.

Great place with plenty of free parking. I brought a birthday cake to dinner with four people, including myself, and the waiter was kind enough to arrange a private room for us. The staff was so friendly, and the food was delicious with reasonable prices. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a nice meal out!
